The Fine Print, Upfront

📅 Billing. All plans are billed annually, in advance. We don't offer monthly billing — annual terms are what let us keep pricing this low and support this direct.
🧾 GST. All prices exclude GST. 18% applies, and registered businesses can claim input tax credit.
🔄 30-day refund. If Semmon isn't working for you within 30 days of go-live, we'll refund the balance of your subscription. The implementation fee is non-refundable — it covers work already delivered.
🔧 Implementation is not waived or discounted. It's the part of the engagement that decides whether the system actually works in your business, and we price it as real work rather than bundling it in and cutting corners.
👥 Minimum billing. SemmonHRMS is billed at a minimum of 20 employees, regardless of active headcount.
⚙️ Custom work. Custom workflows, custom reports, or integration with your existing Tally/ERP are scoped and quoted separately, within SemmonHRMS.
