We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to join our team in Pune.

1. Technical Sales Consultant

The Role: You won't just be selling products; you will be designing solutions. You will meet with MSME owners and factory managers to understand their operational bottlenecks and propose integrated SaaS and hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities: Lead generation, site surveys, system demonstrations, and consultation-led selling.
Ideal Candidate: Someone with a technical background who can explain software and hardware logic clearly to non-technical business owners.

2. Implementation & Support Engineer

The Role: You are the bridge between our technology and the client’s reality. You will ensure that our systems are deployed correctly on-site and provide high-quality technical support to ensure zero downtime for our clients.

Key Responsibilities: On-site device installation, software configuration, user training, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Ideal Candidate: A problem-solver with a "customer-first" mindset who understands networking, hardware, and basic software troubleshooting.
