attendance devices must operate as part of a complete system — not as isolated hardware.

We design the integration layer so every biometric punch (face/fingerprint/card) reliably flows into your HR, payroll, or third‑party system with full traceability.

Our approach covers four layers:

1. Device Layer – Reliable Capture at Source

We begin with stable attendance capture at the device level.

Face, fingerprint, card‑based or mixed devices
Configured for site conditions (factories, offices, high‑traffic gates)
Network setup: LAN / Wi‑Fi / 4G (where applicable)
Time accuracy, syncing behaviour, retry logic
Each device is configured to ensure consistent, verifiable punch capture before any processing begins.

2. Synchronisation Layer – Structured Data Flow

Attendance logs move from device to system using controlled sync methods:

Direct cloud synchronisation into Semmon HRMS
Push technology (where supported)
Secure API or polling‑based syncing
Standardised data formats for third‑party HRMS
This layer removes the need for manual USB downloads, Excel uploads, or dependency on operators.

3. Processing Layer – Attendance Rules Before Payroll

Once logs arrive in the system, attendance rules are applied consistently:

Shifts and shift rotations
Late/early logic
Overtime rules
Weekly offs and holiday calendars
Contract labour rules
Cut‑off dates and payroll cycles
This ensures the output is payroll‑ready attendance, not raw punch data.

All rules are clearly defined and tested during implementation to avoid monthly reconciliation.
